Dear Editor,
As National Volunteer Week approaches, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the many volunteers from our community who help to make life better for the hundreds of neglected, injured and homeless animals cared for every year at the BC SPCA Richmond Branch. From cat cuddling to small animal socialization, from assisting with fundraising events to helping with administrative tasks, the SPCA could not exist without the amazing, dedicated and compassionate volunteers who work alongside our staff to create a better life for our community’s most vulnerable animals.
Thank you to each and every volunteer who has made a life-saving difference to the animals in our care.
