I find it ironic that your reader was offended by the fact that Christmas isn't given its true name out in public, yet she spells the Jewish holiday "Honika" in her letter!
For the record, there are various ways of spelling this holiday (Chanukah or Hanukkah), but Honika is definitely not one of them.
