The Editor, I don't think it's fair that the teachers have to strike. It's unfair for the kids and teachers that school is over earlier.
I know what you're thinking; you're thinking, 'why do I care? Kids hate school, and I'm a kid.' But sometimes kids like their teacher, which pretty much makes them like school.
The Grade 7s had their graduation, thinking that their last day in elementary school is the beginning of a strike! It has to be boring for teachers, just standing there, holding some sign. I know I'll always remember how third grade ended as a strike. And it is the last year of being in primary! After the strike and summer, it's intermediate, letter grades, harder things.
