Here's a suggestion to Canadianize the Vladimir Lenin statue in Richmond.
Just put a sign on it calling it the "Jack Layton Memorial." After all, he has the same mustache, same haircut, same socialist policies and could easily pass for Jack.
The only other suggestion I have, would be the recycling bin, because dynamite would be politically incorrect.
