Ken Shultz states the "greenway" construction was not a surprise, mentioned many times in the local papers with the route clearly marked. Oh really.
The plan approved by council in December actually shows the path from Granville Avenue to Garry Street.
Of course, all those that would have asphalt three feet from their food are just NIMBYs, right Ken? From your musings I believe you are ready to be taken down the "Garden Path" by "Mike Redpath" and the City of Richmond, pun intended.
