Richmond RCMP is asking the public for help in finding a high risk 75-year-old man.
Mounties say Jisheng Xiao was last seen around Richmond Centre on Minoru Boulevard at 11 a.m. on March 25. The RCMP say he may appear confused.
Xiao is an Asian man, medium build, approximately 5 feet, 3 inches tall, with short grey hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black jacket, white pants, a blue baseball cap and likely to be wearing a mask.
He is known to frequent parks or open spaces where he is able to walk around.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Xiao is asked to contact Richmond RCMP at 604-278-1212 or anonymously at 1-800-222-8477 quoting file number 2020-5192.
