A stalled dump truck is causing major traffic delays for commuters heading westbound on Highway 91 this morning.
The truck is on the right shoulder just west of the Nelson Road on-ramp. Although it is not blocking any lanes, it is causing a visual distration to vehicles passing back.
Traffic is backed up to the Alex Fraser bridge and the Highway 91A off-ramp onto Highway 91.
