There are big delays heading towards the Oak Street Bridge this morning, although there have been no reports of any vehicle incidents.
Traffic is currently heavily backed up northbound along Highway 99 past Westminster Highway, as well as westbound along Westminster Highway to No. 6 Road.
A crash at No. 3 Road northbound and Granville Avenue is also slowing down commuters in the city centre.
