The 2019 International Shaolin Cultural Festival, including a performance by a troupe of 18 monks from the Chinese Shaolin Temple, is expected to ignite Richmondites’ enthusiasm for Chinese martial arts and promote the cultural exchange between Canada and China. The festival runs from Sept. 15 to 22.
