More than 2,300 Richmond customers are without power this morning due to a downed wire.
The outage affects anyone between Jacombs and No. 4 roads, north of Highway 91 and south of Daniels Road.
According to B.C. Hydro, the power has been off since 7:30 a.m. Crews are on-site and will likely have power back on by noon.
Richmond News reader Lorie Rigio Iannitelli said that there are no traffic lights at No. 5 and Cambie roads, with some drivers having trouble following four-way stop procedures.
