Richmond RCMP are investigating an alleged jewelry robbery after being called to Richmond Centre on Wednesday.

At around 3:30, Mounties responded to a daytime robbery call at a jewelry store after three male suspects allegedly pretended to be customers.

RCMP say staff were preparing to show some jewelry when the men pushed the employees and grabbed several items. All three then fled the store on foot.

Cpl. Adriana Peralta told the Richmnd News that no weapons were used and no-one was injured.

Footage obtained and shared by CTV News shows one suspect jumping over a display case while another appears to run around the display before fleeing through the mall.
