It’s another bad morning for traffic in Richmond.
A crash at the intersection of No. 2 Road and Westminster Highway has traffic backed up in all directions.
And not too far from there, an earlier crash on Russ Baker Way northbound, after Gilbert Road, is blocking northbound traffic.
Traffic is also backed up heading out of Richmond along Highway 99 to near No. 5 Road, towards the Oak Street Bridge, following a crash in the northbound, left lane of the highway just before the bridge.
