Stevenson's four-point effort helps Rebels to 8-6 win over Raiders

PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. — Blake Stevenson scored two goals and added two assists to lead the Red Deer Rebels to an 8-6 victory over the Prince Albert Raiders on Wednesday night.

Ben King, Kalan Lind, Jhett Larson, Jace Isley, Liam Keeler and Carter Anderson had the other goals for Red Deer.

Vladislav Shilo had a hat trick for the hometown Raiders. Sloan Stanick scored twice and Hayden Pakkala had the other goal.

In other Western Hockey League games, the Winnipeg Ice beat the Regina Pats 4-2 and the Everett Silvertips topped the Prince George Cougars 4-2.

The Kelowna Rockets dumped the Kamloops Blazers 6-2 and the Victoria Royals blanked the Vancouver Giants 3-0. The game between the Portland Winterhawks and the Tri-City Americans was postponed.

Also Wednesday, the WHL announced the postponement of four other games due to capacity restrictions in Manitoba.

The Brandon Wheat Kings' home game against Red Deer on Saturday will now be played Feb. 7. Brandon's home game against the Calgary Hitmen on Jan. 7 will be rescheduled, the league said.

Two Winnipeg home games - a Monday matchup against Moose Jaw and a Jan. 8 game against Calgary - will also be rescheduled.
