MacArthur has two goals, assist to pace Titan to 5-1 win over Wildcats

Bennett MacArthur had two goals and an assist to pace the Acadie-Bathurst Titan to a 5-1 win over the Moncton Wildcats in QMJHL action Friday night. Logan Chisholm also had two goals for the Titan (34-14-2-3) while Ty Higgins had the other.

At Bathurst, N.B., Yoan Loshing had the lone goal for Moncton (23-24-5-1).

Sea Dogs 3, Eagles 2 (SO)

At Cape Breton, Phillipe Daoust and William Dufour scored shootout goals for Saint John (34-17-1-3). Charlie DeRoches and Ryan Francis scored in regulation for the Eagles (13-33-4-3).


Oympiques 7, Voltigeurs 3

At Gatineau, Que., Simon Pinard had a goal and two assists to pace the Olympiques (30-13-9-2). Luke Woodworth and Justin Cote both had a goal and an assist for Drummondville (23-20-6-5).


Mooseheads 3, Islanders 2 (OT)

At Charlottetown, David Lafrance scored at 4:59 of overtime for Halifax (28-26-1-1). Brett Budgell and Jakub Brabenec scored for the Islanders (37-10-7-0).


Armada 2, Huskies 1 (SO)

At Rouyn-Noranda, Que., Charles Boutin and Denis Mikael scored in the shootout for the Armada (24-25-3-4). Mathieu Gagnon had the lone shootout goal for the Huskies (21-28-1-4).


Remparts 6, Cataractes 3

At Shawinigan, Que., James Malatesta, Olivier Coulombe, Mikael Huchette and Nathan Gaucher all had a goal and an assist for Quebec (40-14-1-0). Pierrick Dube and Martin Has both had a goal and an assist for the Cataractes (34-18-1-3)

Foreurs 3, Tigres 2

At Val-d'Or, Que., Nathan Bolduc's goal late in the second period proved to be the winner for the Foreurs (25-264-0). Nikita Prishchepov and Justin Gendron scored for Victoriaville (18-29-4-3)
