How many security guards does it take to escort a seagull out of a shopping mall?
The answer is two, who guided the young gull out of Richmond Centre earlier this week.
The incident was captured on video and posted to social media platform Reddit on Tuesday, showing the bird wandering around Shopper’s Drug Mart.
The video, posted on Reddit by user Necesary-Fact, shows at least two security guards trying to escort the disoriented "shopper" out of the store as the alarm went off.
The video prompted an abundance of gull-related puns, including one from Reddit user questionstolife, who commented, “Must’ve thought there was a sale. How gullible.”
The seagull later waddled out of the store and flew out of the mall as human shoppers activated the sliding doors.
