Update: Richmond intersection remains closed Tuesday morning after crash involving police car

No. 4 Road at Williams Road was blocked in all directions in the early morning of July 8.

The intersection of No. 4 Road and Williams was still blocked early Tuesday morning after what appeared to be a crash between a police cruiser and another car.

City of Richmond traffic cameras showed the intersection of No. 4 and Williams roads blocked off around 10 p.m. Monday night.

One eyewitness told the Richmond News the crash followed a high-speed chase.

Several other Richmond RCMP vehicles, an ambulance and Richmond Fire-Rescue were also on scene.
