At least one serious accident happened during the rainy rush hour weather Monday evening in Richmond.
Thankfully, no one was taken to hospital after the accident at Garden City and Francis roads Monday around 6:40 p.m.
Pictures sent in by Richmond News reader Matt Abai show the badly damaged front end a grey SUV, with another smaller car off to the side.
BC Emergency Health Services said they received a call at 6:41 p.m. Monday and dispatched paramedics to the scene. No one was taken to hospital.
The cause of the accident isn’t known. The News has reached out to Richmond RCMP for more information.
