Drivers should expect delays along Highway 91 Tuesday morning.
A stalled car has partially blocked the right, westbound lane, just before the S-curve.
Traffic is currently backed up to the Alex Fraser Bridge.
Crews are en route, according to Drive BC, however, drivers should expect delays in the area.
