Update: The vehicle accident at the north end of the Massey Tunnel is now cleared, however, another vehicle heading northbound on Highway 99 has spun out just north of Blundell Road.
Northbound traffic on Highway 99 is slow around Blundell Road with the left lane blocked off.
Southbound left lane traffic on Highway 99 is back open after an accident between a vehicle and the left and counter flow lane divider.

A vehicle accident at the north end of the Massey Tunnel is causing delays for commuters leaving Richmond Friday afternoon.
The crash occurred approximately at 5:15 p.m. when a vehicle collided with the divider between the left and counter flow lane heading southbound. The left lane is blocked causing southbound traffic on Highway 99 backed up to Blundell Road leaving only one lane open at this time.
