Richmond RCMP was seeking the public’s help in locating a missing Richmond resident.
Stephen Yuk Feng Cheng, 34, was last seen in Burnaby near Metrotown on July 12 before being located by July 21.
At the time of the missing persons release, Cpl. Dennis Hwang of the Richmond RCMP said “it is highly unusual for Stephen to be out of touch from family and friends for such an extended period of time.”
