Update: Missing 88-year-old Richmond man found

Ulrich Hartmann, an 88-year-old Richmond man reported missing Saturday, has been located and is safe, according to Richmond RCMP. “Thank you to the public, media and our policing community partners for their assistance,” reads a statement from RCMP.
