Update: Two incidents on Richmond's roads cleared

A stall on Russ Baker Way northbound was one of two incidents affecting the morning commute in Richmond

The double-header of incidents on two of Richmond's busiest roads on Tuesday morning have been cleared.

A stall on Russ Baker Way northbound, just before Miller Road, was slowing traffic heading towards YVR and the Arthur Laing Bridge.

And there was a crash on Steveston Highway eastbound, just before No. 2 Road.
