Northbound traffic at the Massey Tunnel is snarled after an earlier crash.
While the crash – which brought northbound traffic down to a single lane – has been cleared, there’s still heavy congestion from Highway 17.
Drivers should expect delays, or take the Alex Fraser Bridge as an alternate route.
