A flipped semi-truck on the Knight Street Bridge has traffic backed up and down to one lane.
The semi is on the northbound on-ramp from Highway 91 eastbound. Crews are on scene.
Traffic is backed up along Highway 91 eastbound to Jacombs Road as of about 11:40 a.m.
Meanwhile, a stalled vehicle on eastbound Highway 91, after the S-curve in the right lane, is also causing some delays.
