Richmond's Fabian Lyde, 18, is the latest to be charged with connection to last month's slaying of Kacey Rogers.
Lyde was arrested and slapped with charges of second degree murder and weapon-related offences on Friday.
The charges follow an investigation by agencies including the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) and the RCMP's E Division, which has also led to murder charges for two other individuals so far.
Russell Bidesi, of Surrey, and Joshua Martinez, of New Westminster, landed charges of second degree murder on Feb. 28. Both were arrested and have remained in custody.
Rogers, 31, was killed in a targeted shooting on Feb. 26 at a Surrey residence in the 14,000 block of Grosvenor Road.
"This was a planned home invasion turned deadly," said Corporal Adam MacIntosh, of the IHIT, shortly after the initial arrests.
Rogers was not previously known to police. Possible gang links to the murder are being explored.
