It has been a long time coming, but the first proper signs of spring are just around the corner in Richmond.
After the rain clears on Tuesday night, we are in for some glorious late winter/early spring sunshine for the rest of the week and well into the weekend.
From Wednesday, the sun will come out and stay out, with temperatures expected by Environment Canada to get up to about plus nine.
And by Saturday, we are in for a balmy plus 14, with sunshine all the way for the forecast out at YVR.
Long may it continue.
