Traffic heading into Richmond from Delta is currently backed up due to an earlier stall in the Massey Tunnel.
According to a post on social media platform X, a stalled vehicle had blocked off the northbound left lane just after mid-river on Thursday morning.
Although the stall has now been cleared, northbound traffic remains congested back to Highway 17 in Delta.
