It’s a rough, slow communte in and out of Richmond this morning, with traffic backed up on all major routes.
A vehicle that went into the centre median eastbound Marine Drive is clear, but has slowed down commuters heading out of Richmond this morning.
Traffic is also crawling towards Alex Fraser Bridge northbound, with commuters backed up past Kittson Parkway.
Commuters are also backed up to the East-West Connector heading towards the Knight Street Bridge northbound. It’s also slow-moving along the Knight Street Bridge southbound.

George Massey Tunnel traffic, heading northbound, is backed up along Highway 99 to 72nd Street and along 62b Street. Southbound Massey Tunnel is backed up to Mylora Golf Course.
There's also an accident northbound on Highway 99, towards the Massey Tunnel, blocking the left lane before Highway 17A. While crews were on scene just before 9 a.m., commuters should expect delays in the area.
And earlier this morning, there was a vehicle fire on Annacis Channel Bridge north of the Alex Fraser Bridge.
This morning’s drizzle will change to a mix of sun and cloud this afternoon. Wednesday will see similar drizzle in the morning and a high of 17 degrees. Thursday and Friday will both be a bit wetter, with chances of showers and highs of 15 degrees.
