A crash on Highway 99 in Richmond between a semi-truck and a car, that was blocking two lanes southbound near the Steveston Highway overpass, has now been cleared.
The accident happened at around 8:40 a.m. and, although traffic was getting by on the shoulder, it was backed up all the way to Blundell Road.
There are still delays southbound, however, and drivers are being advised to allow for extra travel time.
