Good old Santa Claus is returning to Steveston Village this weekend.
On Sunday, Dec. 4, around 1 p.m., the jolly old elf is expected to sail into Fisherman's Wharf with help of the RCMSARS rescue vessel.
The public can watch Santa's arrival from the boardwalk as people will not be allowed on Fisherman's Wharf during his arrival, according to the Steveston Merchants Association (SMA), which organizes the event.
Families and kids can wave and greet Santa as he walks up to the boardwalk before he makes his way to the Gulf of Georgia Cannery.
