Drivers coming into Richmond over the Fraser River Bridge should expect delays on Thursday afternoon.
A three-car rollover collision has southbound No. 2 Road, between Westminster Highway and Granville Avenue, blocked, according to a Twitter post.
Southbound traffic on No. 2 Road is backed up to the north end of the Fraser River Bridge with westbound and eastbound traffic forming at Westminster Highway and No. 2 Road.
Emergency crew is on scene.
