Richmond residents can drop in to get vaccines at pop-up clinics – including today

A pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic is open Thursday at South Arm Community Centre until 4 p.m. and there will be more over the next week in Richmond.

The clinic can be found in the front multipurpose room of the community centre at 8880 Williams Rd.

There were 33 new COVID-19 cases detected in Richmond between Oct. 10 and 16, according to BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC).

Further pop-up clinics will be available over the next couple weeks around Richmond:

- Oct. 22 from noon to 8 p.m. in the Seniors Centre at Minoru Centre for Active Living, 7191 Granville Ave.

- Oct. 27 from noon to 8 p.m. at Richmond Curling Club, 5540 Hollybridge Way.

- Oct. 29 from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Thompson Community Centre Banquette Hall, 5151 Granville Ave.
