A cannabis investigation had three Richmond properties raided by the police on Wednesday morning.
The Delta Police, with the assistance of the Richmond RCMP, a emergency response team and a combined special forces unit, executed a number of search warrants at commercial properties near No. 6 Road and Westminster Highway, No. 9 Road and Westminster Highway and a third property at the 7400-block of Sidaway Rd.
The warrants were regarding possible crimes under the Cannabis Act, according to Cristianne Leykauf, spokesperson for the Delta Police.
She added that a number of arrests were made, but no one has been charged at this time.
