They came so close, but it wasnt quite enough Richmond hip-hop group Freshh has narrowly missed out on national glory.
The seven boys, age 13 to 17, made it into the final three acts out of 12 finalists on Citytvs Canadas Got Talent on Monday night.
But they lost out on the public vote to traditional dance trio Sagkeeng three teenagers from Fort Alexander, MB,s who won $100,000, a Nissan GT-R, tickets for an all-inclusive trip to the island of Tobago, a spot in Citytvs New Years Bash, a chance to perform in a Las Vegas show, and the title of Canadas Most Talented Act.
Freshh MC Stewart, Zac Vran, Ryan Morrissette, Devan Isaac, Justin Nicolas, Matthew Cortez and Gabe Galedo are a product of Viscount Way-based Fresh Groove Productions.
