Shoppers at Richmond's Costco were evacuated on Thursday afternoon due to an electrical fire.
Richmond Fire-Rescue received the call shortly before 1 p.m., confirmed deputy fire chief Al McGrath.
He added a Costco employee had acted quickly and extinguished the fire with a dry chemical extinguisher, containing the fire to the electrical panel.
No one was injured and there is no risk to the public.
