The Richmond bike park will be temporarily closed for line painting starting Aug. 30.
Those wishing to visit the Railway Granville Bike Park will need to stay off the track until the city crew completes the work.
No completion date was provided.
In a Twitter post, the City of Richmond says they “will be making every effort to get the bike park open as soon as possible.”
The new bike park officially opened up to the public in June with the park designed for cyclists of all ages and abilities.
It features an asphalt pump tracker with beginner, intermediate and advanced ride lines and other technical obstacles.
