The sunshine and warmer weather brought many residents in the Lower Mainland to their local parks and beaches. However, keep that umbrella within arm's reach as rain is forecasted to return by the end of the week.
According to Environment Canada, the sun is here to stay until Wednesday with temperatures as high as 22C and an overnight low of 13.
Clouds and showers are in the forecast to arrive starting Thursday and will continue through Saturday evening.
Temperatures over the weekend will hit a high of 20C and a low of 10C.
