As we celebrate the beginning of another year, the Richmond News asked readers to share their thoughts about this year.
The majority of readers, 33 per cent, who answered the poll question "How are you feeling about 2022?" said they were skeptical about this year in regards to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Following close behind with 32 per cent of the votes, some are somewhat optimistic with how the year will turn out potentially by spring.
The poll was published on the Richmond News website from Dec. 31, 2021 to Jan. 3, 2022 and received a total of 327 online votes.
