Richmond RCMP are looking for a Caucasian male who exposed his genitals to an adult female at a bus stop near General Currie and Garden City roads in the early morning hours of Feb. 9.
A news release from media liaison Cpl. Dennis Hwang notes the man is about 40-years-old, 5’9” (175 cm) tall with a medium build and a blonde-brown beard. He was last seen wearing a dark coat and a dark-coloured toque.
“If anyone has seen or had contact with this individual we would implore you to get in touch with the Richmond RCMP. Community assistance can be a critical factor in solving sex0based offences like this one,” said Hwang.
He noted that police exhausted all other investigative avenues, including utilizing a forensic sketch artist.
