Emergency services were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision in Richmond on Tuesday evening.

Crews from Richmond Fire-Rescue, BC Ambulance and officers from Richmond RCMP were all called out to the intersection of Francis Road and Railway Avenue about 6:30 p.m.

From the photos sent in by Richmond resident Terry Crowe, there appeared to be at least two vehicles involved, a silver SUV and a blue or purple sedan.

The SUV appeared to be badly damaged on the front end as a result of the crash.
