Photo: Do you remember the Name Dropper Consignment Store in Steveston?

The store was neighbours to the likes of Marty's Antiques and Rapid Transit Shoe Repair on Moncton Street

Known as the “Hepworth Building,” this part of Moncton Street housed a few gems of the time in Steveston.

Not least were Marty’s Antiques, the Name Dropper Consignment Store and the brilliantly-named Rapid Transit Shoe Repair.

All of them were occupants of the building at 3589 Moncton, at Second Avenue, in 1984, which is now, among other things, Steveston Antique Mall.
