I happened upon an amazing performance outside of the Richmond Public Library the other day.
They were called the Vancouver WE Dance Association, which offered traditional Chinese dancing in beautiful costumes.
Their program was called The Colour of Dancing and it was nothing short of spectacular - as was the singer – a real treat in front of the library.
