Richmond Mounties have appealed for witnesses after a motorcyclist came off the road and skidded along the sidewalk.
Excessive speed is being investigated as a factor following the accident around 7 p.m. near Colville and No. 2 roads on Sunday.
It's understood the biker was heading south when he lost control and ended up sliding along the sidewalk before coming to a stop.
The RCMP said the biker - who's in his mid-20s - is being treated for a head injury, but at last word was listed in stable condition.
