Power has been restored to Richmond BC Hydro customers in the Dover neighbourhood on Sunday.
An earlier outage was affecting 459 customers in the area 5600 to 5800 block of Dover Cres and 5500 block of Westminster Highway.
The outage happened around 12:40 a.m. and the cause of the outage was a cable fault, according to BC Hydro's website.
