Closure of the northbound lane in the Massey Tunnel is causing traffic delays on Tuesday morning.
According to a Twitter post, the right lane is currently blocked with crews at the scene.
Northbound traffic on Highway 99 is backed up to 64 Street.
Meanwhile, a collision at Bridgeport and No. 5 roads has westbound traffic backed up past Sweden Way.
Traffic heading northbound on Knight Street Bridge has also backed up to Cambie Road because of a stalled truck at the south end of the bridge.
