A scratch lottery ticket bought at Aberdeen Centre has come up big for one Delta resident.
Yan-li Wu won $50,000 on a Big Money Scratch & Win ticket recently and posed for a selfie for the Lotto people.
Wu decided to check her ticket after finishing some grocery shopping at the centre.
“I couldn't believe it. I tried to keep quiet since I didn't want to draw a lot of attention,” said Wu.
“It wasn't until I got home that I realized that I was winner.”
On how it feels to win, Wu said “it feels amazing. I’m grateful and thankful for being a winner.”
