Dear Editor,
I feel sick seeing the big trees in Steveston Park coming down for the construction of the new community centre.
The signs on the trees say the trees are in the way of construction.
Those big trees have been there my whole life and, I’m sorry, but the construction is in the way of the trees.
I do not think enough work has been done to save the giant trees.
Giant trees are habitats and should be left alone.
