Dear Editor,
I've been a dog owner and cyclist in Richmond for over 30 years and a few months ago I started using the South Dyke and find that the dog owners’ sense of entitlement along there disgusting.
I've had to bring my bike to a stop because of too many dogs milling around it.
They don't keep their dogs under control and then get angry if I nearly hit their dog.
I have control of my fog 24/7. Be a responsible dog owner.
