Dear Editor,
Why does the City of Richmond continue to appoint KPMG as auditors when KPMG is the subject of many investigations into unethical practices especially for providing information to the very rich on how to avoid paying their share?
There have been many news reports (see below) about this world-wide company and their less than stellar practices.
