Dear Editor,
With all the negative reports on our health care system I would like to congratulate Richmond General Hospital on the excellent care I received on the morning of Sept. 6 when I went to the emergency department.
From the triage nurse to the all staff in the emergency department, I was treated efficiently with kindness and respect.
I was especially treated with thoughtfulness and a sense of humour from Dr. Jesse Janssen.
Congratulations, Richmond Hospital, for a job well done.
